• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

• Sale prices are valid only during the specified promotional period

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud
• Order confirmation emails are sent automatically — check spam if not received

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging
• To initiate a return, email hello@tasaishop.com with your order number and reason
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Damaged or defective items: contact us immediately with photos for a full refund or replacement
